How we work

Your Journey to a Kitchen Remodel
Your Journey to a Kitchen Remodel
Your Journey to a Bathroom Remodel.
Consultation & Design

We meet to understand how you cook, host, and live, then bring you into our St. Petersburg showroom to choose cabinets, countertops, and finishes. You see a full 3D design of your new kitchen before any demo starts. Your design consultation is free. If we are a fit, your project moves into our 3D design preview process, so you see the finished space before we break ground.

Build & Inspect

Our in-house crew executes the build with attention to the details that make a kitchen last, level cabinet runs, precise countertop templating, and clean tile and trim work. On qualifying projects we can use approved private-provider inspections, a Florida-permitted option that helps keep the build moving.

Final Walkthrough

Your project manager walks the finished kitchen with you, checking cabinet doors, drawer function, countertop seams, lighting, and every fixture, and hands over a clean, custom kitchen built for Tampa Bay living.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Tampa Bay?

It depends on size, scope, cabinet quality, and finish level. BALLENCIACE is best fit for kitchen projects starting around $20K, with full custom kitchens and high-end material selections running higher. Rather than guess, our 3D design-preview process prices the real plan, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and layout, before construction starts, so you see the number tied to the actual design.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

A typical BALLENCIACE kitchen runs six to twelve weeks of active construction once materials are on site and permits are pulled. Custom cabinet lead times are the biggest variable, so we lock selections early to keep the build on schedule.

Do you handle condo kitchen remodels with HOA rules?

Yes. Condo kitchens are a priority lane. We coordinate with HOA management, building requirements, work-hour windows, elevator pads, and protection of common areas, and we keep the design inside what the building allows before demo.

What countertops do you recommend for Tampa Bay kitchens?

It depends on how you use the kitchen. Quartzite and quartz are popular for durability and coastal-friendly maintenance, with natural stone for statement islands. We walk you through the real slabs at our showroom so you choose with your own eyes, not a sample chip.

What is the minimum kitchen project size?

BALLENCIACE is best fit for $20K and up kitchen projects across St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, and the Tampa Bay area. Full custom kitchens, island additions, and layout changes are the strongest fit.

Do I get to see the design before construction?

Yes. The 3D design preview is core to the BALLENCIACE process. You see the layout, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and finishes before anything is ordered or any wall is opened.

Can you open up my kitchen to the living space?

Often, yes. Many Tampa Bay kitchens benefit from an open-concept layout. Whether a wall can come down depends on whether it is load-bearing, which we assess during design. When it is structural, Justin's CGC #1536264 build team handles the proper beam and permit work as part of the scope.
