Franco designs in the NKBA-member lane, drawing on current NKBA Kitchen Trends for layout flow, storage that works, lighting layers, and finish combinations that fit Tampa Bay coastal living. You walk the full 3D plan before construction starts.
Selections happen at our St. Petersburg showroom, not from a phone catalog. Custom cabinetry, quartzite and quartz countertops, waterfall islands, paneled appliances, and salt-air-rated fixtures. One specification list, one install team, one accountable contractor.
How we work
We meet to understand how you cook, host, and live, then bring you into our St. Petersburg showroom to choose cabinets, countertops, and finishes. You see a full 3D design of your new kitchen before any demo starts. Your design consultation is free. If we are a fit, your project moves into our 3D design preview process, so you see the finished space before we break ground.
Our in-house crew executes the build with attention to the details that make a kitchen last, level cabinet runs, precise countertop templating, and clean tile and trim work. On qualifying projects we can use approved private-provider inspections, a Florida-permitted option that helps keep the build moving.
Your project manager walks the finished kitchen with you, checking cabinet doors, drawer function, countertop seams, lighting, and every fixture, and hands over a clean, custom kitchen built for Tampa Bay living.
Plan the Scope Before Comparing Prices
A cabinet-and-countertop update and a kitchen with moved plumbing, new electrical work, or structural changes need different scopes. Compare demolition, cabinetry, countertops, appliance installation, trade work, permits, allowances, and exclusions in writing. Ask how concealed conditions and selection changes will be handled. A project-fit budget is not a quote for your kitchen.
