One Vision Across Your Whole Home

One Vision Across Your Whole Home

A whole home should feel like one home, not a set of rooms that do not match. We design the entire home as one cohesive plan, so finishes, flow, and style carry through every space instead of being decided piece by piece.

Live-Through-It Planning

Live-Through-It Planning

We plan the build in phases and protect the areas you are still using, with dust control and a clean, organized site. Where the scope allows, you stay in your home, and we map the sequence with you up front so there are no surprises.

3D Design Preview, NKBA-Member Design

3D Design Preview, NKBA-Member Design

Franco designs your home in the NKBA-member lane and you see it in full 3D before demo, layout, finishes, lighting, and selections confirmed on screen first. What you approve is what we build, across the whole home.

One Accountable Contractor

One Accountable Contractor

Designer, builder, and project manager under one roof. Florida CGC #1536264 (Justin Mattaliano, 20 years Tampa Bay) leads the build, so there is one point of contact and one team responsible from first measure to final walkthrough, not a handoff between strangers.

How we work

Your Journey to a Home Remodel
Your Journey to a Home Remodel.
Your Journey to a Home Remodel
Consultation & Design

We meet to understand your home, your priorities, and how you live, then bring you into our St. Petersburg showroom to choose finishes. You see a full 3D design of your remodeled home and a sequenced plan for the whole project, before any demo starts.

Build & Inspect

Our in-house crew executes the build in planned phases, protecting the areas you still use, containing dust, and keeping the trades coordinated in the right order. On qualifying projects we can use approved private-provider inspections, a Florida-permitted option that helps keep the build moving.

Final Walkthrough

Your project manager walks the finished home with you, checks every room, finish, and system, confirms the site is clean, and hands over a cohesive, custom whole home built for Tampa Bay living.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a whole home remodel cost in Tampa Bay?

It depends on the size of the home, how many rooms are in scope, and the finish level. BALLENCIACE is best fit for projects starting around $20K, and full whole-home remodels typically run well above that. Our 3D design-preview process prices the real plan before construction, so the number is tied to the actual design and scope, not a guess.

Can I live in my home during a whole home renovation?

Often yes, depending on the scope. We plan the build in phases and protect the areas you are still using, with dust control and a clear site setup. For larger or structural scopes there may be stretches where staying elsewhere is easier, and we map that out with you during design so there are no surprises.

How long does a whole home remodel take?

It depends entirely on scope, from a multi-room refresh to a full structural renovation. Rather than quote a number that does not fit your home, we build a sequenced schedule during design so you can see the phases and milestones before construction starts. One coordinated team keeps the trades moving in the right order.

Do you handle structural changes and opening up the floor plan?

Yes. Removing walls, opening up the layout, and other structural work depend on what is load-bearing and on permitting, which we assess during design. Our in-house build team handles the structural and permit work as part of the scope, so it is one plan, not a handoff.

Do you do whole home restoration after storm or water damage?

Yes. BALLENCIACE handles insurance-adjacent restoration-plus-design-build scopes where the rebuild and the upgrade connect under one contractor. Coverage decisions belong to your policy, carrier, adjuster, and deductible, the build and design plan stays one coordinated scope.

Do I get to see the design before construction?

Yes. The 3D design preview is core to the BALLENCIACE process, and it matters most on a whole home. You see the layout, finishes, lighting, and selections across the home before anything is ordered or any wall is opened.

Do you remodel older or historic Tampa Bay homes?

Yes. Much of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa is older homes, bungalows, and mid-century houses. We bring the systems, layout, and finishes to current standards while respecting the character of the home, with design and build under one roof.
