Restoration Plus Design-Build Under One Roof

Restoration Plus Design-Build Under One Roof

Most restoration companies stop at dry-out and basic reconstruction, then hand you to a second contractor. We close that gap: restore the damage and redesign the space in one project, one team. Restore and redesign, not restore and refer.

Insurance-Adjacent Coordination

Insurance-Adjacent Coordination

Restoration often moves fast and is insurance-involved. We build the rebuild and the upgrade as one coordinated scope, designed to work with your claim, and we can coordinate with your adjuster on the rebuild. We build, we do not file or interpret claims.

Hurricane & Water Damage Rebuild

Hurricane & Water Damage Rebuild

Tampa Bay lives with hurricanes, flood zones, and salt air. We rebuild after storm, surge, flood, and water damage with moisture-aware, coast-ready finishes built to last. Florida CGC #1536264 (Justin Mattaliano) leads the build.

Condo Restoration Specialists

Condo Restoration Specialists

Condo restoration is its own discipline: HOA approvals, master-policy boundaries, work-hour windows, and building logistics on top of the rebuild. White-glove condo handling is our specialty, and we keep the design inside what the building allows.

How we work

Your Journey to a Restoration.

Your Journey to a Restoration.
Consultation & Design

We assess the damage and your mitigation status, then design the rebuild and the upgrade together in full 3D before work begins. We can coordinate the rebuild scope with your adjuster, so the plan that restores your home is also the plan that improves it.

Rebuild & Inspect

Our in-house crew rebuilds with moisture-aware, coast-ready materials and the detailing that makes a restoration last. On qualifying projects we can use approved private-provider inspections, a Florida-permitted option that helps keep the build moving.

Final Walkthrough

Your project manager walks the finished space with you, checks every repair and finish, and hands over a home brought back better than before, not just patched.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes BALLENCIACE different from a restoration company like ServPro?

Pure restoration companies handle demo, dry-out, mitigation, and basic reconstruction, then hand you to a separate contractor for any layout change, finish upgrade, or design improvement. BALLENCIACE does the entire arc under one roof: restore the damage and redesign the space, one contractor, one project, one team. There is no gap between the restoration finishing and the upgrade starting.

How does the design-build part work with my insurance claim?

The rebuild and the upgrade are planned as one coordinated scope, designed to work with your restoration claim, not replace it. We can coordinate with your adjuster on the rebuild scope. Coverage decisions belong to your policy, carrier, adjuster, deductible, and exclusions, and for condos the HOA master policy. We do not interpret policies, advise on filing, or negotiate with insurers, we handle the build and design plan.

Do you handle condo restoration with HOA and master-policy rules?

Yes. Condo restoration is a priority lane. We coordinate with HOA management, work-hour windows, elevator protection, and master-policy boundaries, and we keep the rebuild and design inside what the building allows before work starts. Whether a loss falls under the owner or the association can depend on the cause, the HOA documents, and the master policy, and that review belongs to your association and adjuster.

Can you upgrade the space while you rebuild it, or only put it back as it was?

Both are options, and the upgrade path is where BALLENCIACE shines. Because we are a design-build contractor, the same project that restores the damage can also reconfigure the layout, add a curbless walk-in shower, open up a kitchen, or lift the finishes. You see the upgraded result in a 3D design preview before the rebuild begins.

What kinds of damage rebuilds do you take on?

Water damage rebuilds, hurricane and storm damage, flood damage, fire damage, and mold-related rebuilds, for single-family homes and condos across St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, and the Tampa Bay area. Sudden and accidental water damage is often handled differently than gradual leaks or maintenance issues, so the cause matters to your scope.

What is the minimum project size?

BALLENCIACE is best fit for $20K and up restoration rebuilds across St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, and the Tampa Bay area. Whole-home rebuilds, full water damage restoration, condo restorations, and kitchen or bath restoration upgrades are the strongest fit for the restoration-plus-design-build approach.

Do I get to see the design before the rebuild starts?

Yes. Even on a restoration, you see the rebuilt and upgraded space in full 3D before construction begins. The project that brings your home back is one you have already approved, layout, finishes, and selections confirmed up front.
