Services - Flood, Water, Fire Restoration
Scope of work
Pure restoration companies stop at demo, dry-out, and basic reconstruction, then there is a gap, and a second contractor, before any real improvement happens. BALLENCIACE closes that gap. We restore the damaged space and redesign or upgrade it in a single project, with one contract and one team. Restore and redesign, not restore and refer.
Restoration is often insurance-involved, and the timeline can move fast. We build the rebuild and design plan as one coordinated scope, designed to work with your restoration claim rather than replace it. We can coordinate with your adjuster on the rebuild scope while you focus on your family. Coverage itself belongs to your policy, carrier, adjuster, deductible, exclusions, and for condos your HOA master policy. We do not interpret policies or file claims, we build.
Tampa Bay lives with hurricane season, flood zones, and salt air. We rebuild after storm, surge, flood, and sudden water damage with finishes chosen to hold up to the coast, moisture-aware materials, proper detailing, and craft meant to last. Florida CGC #1536264 (Justin Mattaliano, 20 years Tampa Bay) leads the build.
Condo restoration is its own discipline: HOA approvals, master-policy boundaries, work-hour windows, elevator protection, and building logistics on top of the rebuild itself. White-glove condo handling is a BALLENCIACE specialty. We coordinate with HOA management and keep the design inside what the building allows, so the restoration and the upgrade move together without surprises.
How we work
We assess the damage and your mitigation status, then design the rebuild and the upgrade together in full 3D before work begins. We can coordinate the rebuild scope with your adjuster, so the plan that restores your home is also the plan that improves it.
Our in-house crew rebuilds with moisture-aware, coast-ready materials and the detailing that makes a restoration last. On qualifying projects we can use approved private-provider inspections, a Florida-permitted option that helps keep the build moving.
Your project manager walks the finished space with you, checks every repair and finish, and hands over a home brought back better than before, not just patched.
