Services - Design-Build
Scope of work
No architect-then-contractor handoff. The team that designs your project is the team that builds it, under one roof, with one point of accountability from first sketch to final walkthrough.
Franco designs your project in 3D in the NKBA-member lane. You confirm layout, finishes, lighting, and selections on screen before any demo, so what you approve is what we build.
Because design and construction sit together, we align the design to your budget from the start. That means fewer change orders and fewer surprises than splitting design and build between two separate firms.
Florida CGC #1536264 (Justin Mattaliano, 20 years Tampa Bay) leads an in-house crew. The people who planned your project are the ones on site building it, not strangers handed a set of drawings.
How we work
We meet to understand your project, your goals, and your budget, then bring you into our St. Petersburg showroom to choose finishes. You see a full 3D design and we align the scope to your budget, before any demo starts.
The same team builds what was designed, with an in-house crew, coordinated trades, and clean communication. On qualifying projects we can use approved private-provider inspections, a Florida-permitted option that helps keep the build moving.
Your project manager walks the finished project with you, checks every detail against the approved design, and hands over the result, built by the team that designed it.
